Twenty Year Pro-Rated Warranty

We warrant the application of (1.4 lb.) agricultural-based spray polyurethane foam insulation system at:

to be free of defects in material at time of sale and to meet published physical properties when applied.  Entirely Seamless’ liability is limited to replacement of any product shown to be otherwise than as warranted within a twenty (20) year period from the date of application.

 

CONDITIONS:

 

1) There are no other expressed or implied warranties.

2) The warranty becomes effective upon payment in full to Entirely Seamless for all material and labor supplied to the project.

3) This warranty does not apply to any damage to the foam or foam substrate caused by structural movement, cracking, settling or other movement of the roof deck; failure of the structure or substrate; physical abuse; vandalism; modifications to the roof, original roof system, walls or foundations of the building structure; windstorm, lightning, hail, or other Acts of God.

4) The warranty does not extend to labor costs for inspection, testing or repair (see condition 3) of the insulation system.

5) This warranty does not cover discoloration or dirt accumulation on the coating.

6) This warranty does not cover rust or rust discoloration.

7) This warranty may only be transferred to a new owner by notifying Entirely Seamless in writing if use of the building is the same or if written approval of the new use is obtained from Entirely Seamless.  The warranty will be effective upon payment of a warranty transfer fee.

8) Neither applicator nor manufacturer is liable for incidental or consequential damage resulting from rinsing and/or cleaning of the insulation surface.  Any rinsing or cleaning must be performed by or under the express guidance of Entirely Seamless.

9) Any notice of claimed defect in either workmanship or materials shall be sent to both the applicator and manufacturer at the address below.  Failure to notify both parties in writing of any such claimed defects with in seven (7) days of discovery shall void this warranty.  An authorized representative of Entirely Seamless will schedule an inspection within thirty (30) days of written notification.

10) This warranty is void unless signed by an authorized representative of Entirely Seamless, applicator and owner.  Signatures constitute acceptance of all terms and conditions of the warranty which will be effective as of completion date.
