This course is occupational related and is designed for students who learn mathematics best in an applied setting and planning on vocational technical careers. (This is not a college preparatory course.)
Tech Algebra and Geometry focuses on problem solving and estimation, elementary equations and using formulas, exponents and scientific notation, applied geometry in 2 and 3 dimensions, coordinate geometry, proportions, and percent applications.
Students will do real life applications of all topics.
