German III

            German III continues with reinforcement and review of conversational and communicative
            techniques already learned in the first and second years of German. As in German II,
            vocabulary is increased and grammatical structure and usage is more in-depth. Short
            stories are also introduced for reading selections, and audiotapes are made by the
            students for speaking practice. At this level, more work is done independently by the
            students.

Textbooks used include the Deutsch Aktuell II book, chapters 3 - 6, and the audiotape
series titled Keine Panik.
