Hours:  Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

The County Recorder's Office's main duties include:
Taking applications for driver's licenses
Taking driver's license pictures
Keeping real estate, birth, and death records


Mary Ann Anderson is the Cottonwood County Recorder and Registrar of Titles.  She has been in office since 1979.  Mrs. Anderson graduated from Windom High School in 1956.  She is also part-owner and Vice President of the Cottonwood County Abstract Company in Windom.

Driver's License Exams given:
Mondays
Law Enforcement Center
5th Avenue, Windom, MN

Written tests:  10:00 AM and 2:00 PM

Appointments required for road tests.
