Red Rock Central District No. 2884

Thursday, August 28, 2003

A special meeting of the Board of Education, District No. 2884, was held in the Board Room in Lamberton on Thursday, August 28, 2003. Members present were: Clarke, Derickson, Gransee, Imker, Mattison, and Myers. Meyer was absent. Superintendent Brennan was also in attendance.

Chairman Gransee called the meeting to order at 9:30 p.m.

Upon motion of Clarke and seconded by Myers, to accept the attached resolution regarding Sub-zone Approval to Authorize Tax Exemptions in Lamberton Township.

Upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Clarke, Derickson, Gransee, Imker, Mattison, and Myers.

and the following voted against the same: None.

Whereupon said resolution, having received the affirmative votes of two-thirds of the members, was declared duly passed and adopted.

Discussion was held on roofs, day treatment program at Belview, and transportation issues.

The meeting was declared adjourned by Chairman Gransee at 9:43 p.m.
