Red Rock Central District No. 2884

Tuesday, April 26, 2005

A Special Meeting of the Board of Education, District #2884, was held in the Lamberton Board Room on Tuesday, April 26, 2005. Members present were: Clarke, Derickson, Mattison, Meyer, Moldan, and Myers. Greenfield was absent. Superintendent Brennan was also in attendance.

Chairman Derickson called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

Upon motion of Meyer, seconded by Myers and unanimously carried, to adopt the attached resolution with Wells Fargo for a principle amount of $375,000 at 4.23% over 7 years for the building project.

Discussion was held regarding the recent bus accident. There will be an assembly at 9:10 a.m. Wednesday to recognize those students that went beyond that magical level of behavior to help other students.

Superintendent Brennan informed the Board that he is expecting bids on busses and will request the Board to review his actions at the next Board meeting.

Discussion items: Insurance status, batting cages, and dirt work in the parking lot.

Upon motion of Clarke, seconded by Mattison and unanimously carried, to adjourn the meeting at 7:55 p.m.
