Red Rock Central District No. 2884

A special meeting of the Board of Education, District No. 2884, was held in the Board Room in Lamberton on Tuesday, April 19, 2005. Members present were: Clarke, Derickson, Greenfield, Mattison, Meyer, Moldan, and Myers. Superintendent Brennan, Principal Olson, Leon Benedict, Arlyce Anderson, Joe Dietl, and Denise Clarke were also in attendance.

Chairman Derickson called the meeting to order at 8:35 p.m.

Discussion was held on the building project and the bids.

Upon motion of Clarke, seconded by Myers and unanimously carried, to approve the revised version of the bids for the building project.

Superintendent Brennan reviewed the bids for a 7-year loan for the building project, and recommended that the Board award Wells Fargo the bid.

Upon motion of Moldan, seconded by Meyer and unanimously carried, to award Wells Fargo the building project loan for a period of 7 years with an interest rate of 4.23%.

Upon motion of Moldan, seconded by Greenfield and unanimously carried, to adjourn the meeting at 9:14 p.m.
