Red Rock Central District No. 2884

A special meeting of the Board of Education, District No. 2884, was held in the Lamberton Board Room on Tuesday, January 25, 2005. Members present were: Clarke, Derickson, Greenfield, Meyer, and Moldan. Myers was tardy. Mattison was absent. Superintendent Brennan, Principal Olson, Arlyce Anderson, and Rick Peterreins were also in attendance.

Chairman Derickson called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Upon motion of Clarke, seconded by Greenfield and unanimously carried, to direct the Superintendent to proceed with the construction project which includes the auto-shop area with a classroom, wrestling room, and weight room.

Discussion was held on Board Compensation. Action was tabled until the next regular meeting.

A short discussion on Strategic Planning was held.

Upon motion of Moldan, seconded by Meyer and unanimously carried, to adjourn the meeting at 6:36 p.m.
