The Jr. High Fest has been moved from RRC back to
Jackson County Central because of scheduling issues here
at Red Rock. We simply have too many things going on to
accomodate the festival and Paul has organized it for years
and is back at the helm at JCC! Please watch for information soon!
The festival is tentatively re-scheduled for April 2008.

 

  • The festival is open to students in grades 7 & 8.
  • Nominations are due by Friday, Jan. 12.
  • Jazz Band is intended for experienced players or those interested in jazz, even if it is a first time playing opportunity.
  • Please do not nominate students in more than one group.
  • Please be specific about your percussion students and what they can play. Parts will be assigned and posted on the left menu.
  • The Festival fee will be $10.00 per student and will include the student’s lunch.
  • Fee expenses will be emailed to you after students have been selected.
  • For choirs, please nominate trios of SAB.
  • You may order choral arrangements anytime after January 19. (left menu, search festival list)
  • Band music parts will be sent to you the week of January 22.

Please choose your most motivated students.
Rehearsal time will be short and they will have to come prepared.
